1. Yes, as with all good things, we must have rules. Once you purchase Whimsy Scraps digital artwork, you are agreeing to ALL of my Terms of Use whether you have read them or not.

2. All graphics, text and layouts on Whimsy Scraps site were created by me and they are not yours. Please do not download them, use them or claim them for your own.

3. By purchasing any Whimsy Scraps products, you are only purchasing a license to use them within my Terms of Use. You are not purchasing the copyright to the graphics. I retain the copyright to ALL Whimsy Scraps products, whether you have purchased them and/or downloaded free products here.

4. You may use Whimsy Scraps products for your own personal scrapbooking and crafting projects.

5. You may resize, crop and add text to them to fit your needs.

6. You may NOT resell, distribute or offer Whimsy Scraps products to any individuals or businesses. However, if my products are only a very small part, you may profit from these designs you use in your art and/or craft work.

7. You may NOT use Whimsy Scraps products for webpage decoration, use in creating email stationery or any other reason specifically used for the internet. If you are looking for web graphics, please be sure to visit my web graphics site Whimsy Attic!

8. Whimsy Scraps products are NOT to be used to decorate your auction listings with ebay or any other auction website. They are also not to be put up for auction.

9. You may NOT offer my products online, post them on message boards and/or forums, use them for email stationery, pass them around in newsgroups, or give them away to friends.

10. If you create scrapbook layouts for customers, your customer will have to purchase the designs from me here at this website. This is separate from your purchases.

11. You may use Whimsy Scraps products to design business letterheads and business cards, flyers, tags or labels for your business. I would appreciate your emailing me first and letting me know your business. Only family-friendly businesses apply to this term.
