These paper doll packs are great for travel or just a quiet afternoon activity. Print them out on heavy cardstock, laminate and cut and you are done. You just bend the tabs around the parts of the body for them to stay on. In order to use the shoes, you will have to use double-sided tape or something for them.
Another neat idea is to put velcro on the bears and the backs of the clothing and attach that way.
